From Bideford proceed towards Heywood Road roundabout at the roundabout go straight across and then proceed to Northam.   Turn right into Northam and then turn right into Cross Street-follow this road until the end and then veer left into North East Street follow the road around and then veer left into North Street where Sea View House will be seen half way along North Street on your left hand side.   Parking for the property either park in Burrough Road or Northam Square and then walk to the property.    There is also unrestricted parking in North Street.
